What magazines do you subscribe to, and why?
- New Scientist. It's just so full of interesting stuff, and it arrives weekly!
- National Geographic. Lots of pretty pictures. Lately I have been considering not renewing when my subscription lapses at the beginning of 2007. Maybe I should get The Monthly instead?
- New Internationalist. For a clearer view of the lives of the majority of people in this world.
- Quarterly Essay. Does this count as a magazine? It's always thought provoking, and because of the length of the essay, each issue is covered quite extensively.
- InCite. I get this one because I am a member of ALIA.

New Internationalist is great--I used to read it when hanging out at my ex-boyfriend's place. . . I do have a tendency to mooch off other people's magazine subscriptions.
I missed that question. Actually other than InCite (which doesn't exactly spin my wheels) I don't get anything regularly. Maybe I should, it will give me something else to read on the train.
